If I am required to work outside, a suitable cover/shelter must be provided.


For events longer than two hours, I reserve the right to a 15-minute break, if necessary.


If more guests than anticipated require painting at your event, any additional time will be charged at $40 per half hour extra. It is at my discretion as to whether I can stay for extra time.


To maintain a high level of health and hygiene for myself and my customers, I cannot paint anyone with a skin disease, open cuts or wounds, any infectious disease, including, but not limited to cold sores, conjunctivitis, flu, active chicken pox, nor any child under the age of two years old.

On booking your event with Emazing Face Painting you will be sent a confirmation email outlining the details of your particular event. I will hold the date for a maximum of seven (7) days. To confirm the booking a $30.00 non-refundable deposit must be made within that time period. If it is not received within the seven (7) day period, Emazing Face Painting reserves the right to cancel the booking, or take other bookings that may come in. No event is confirmed without a deposit.


Cancellation of a party or event by the customer must be given by text, phone call or email, as soon as possible  before the event. Any cancellations made on the day of the event will be liable for immediate payment in full.
